Tie-Dyed Convergence

I have been playing around with Ricky Tims' book "Convergence Quilts". I purchased this tie dyed panel at a quilt show. I cut it in different strips, sewed them back together in a different order and then repeated the process over again. I usually have done this process with two or four different fabrics but decided to try it with this panel. I need to figure out what I'm going to do for quilting as I already someone that wants to buy it. The finished measurement will be 36" square.

Jacq, this is OUTSTANDING! Its new owner will be lucky. It'll be interesting to see what you decide with the quilting. Bravo!!!

The black inner border makes the piece sing.

I love this quilt; it looks like many facets to a diamond ring. Maybe the quilting could be a diamond shape or something coming out from the center expanding. Either way I can see why someone rushed to buy this piece. Gorgeous.
